TROUBLESHOOTING server error

Introduction

With APIM v1, the "Sign Up" page was available and accessible to end users using: https://trustnest.developer.azure-api.net/signup

When a user tries to sign up, it gets an error like:

Root cause

By default, Azure APIM is able to manage local users that are not managed in Azure Active Directory. This option have been disabled to have a centralized place to manage users: the Trustnest IAM.

Resolution

User do not need to sign up ! To access to Trustnest APIM, you just have to click on sign in and the "Azure Active Directory" button.
